Theresa Halvorsen has had booths and tables at high-volume events such as San Diego Comic-Con, WonderCon, and the L.A. Times Festival of Books, with extremely successful sales. She’s learned firsthand what works (and what absolutely doesn’t) and loves teaching other creatives how to sell without feeling slimy or salesy.
This is an online class for authors, artists, makers, and small businesses who want to get more out of their event booth experience. We’ll cover what separates profitable vendor tables from merely “pretty” ones, how to communicate value quickly, how to track success, and how to create repeat customers instead of one-off sales. Topics include product display, signage, pricing, customer interaction, upsells, event selection, and post-event follow-through. Attendees leave with actionable strategies, templates, and a checklist they can use at their next event.
